Senior Sales Manager | London / Hybrid | £55k + Comms

Build Something From the Ground Up.

Not every sales role gives you the chance to shape a brand from day one.

We're partnering with an established and highly respected events business to find an ambitious Senior Sales Manager who wants more than just another sales target. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in launching a brand-new event with significant investment, long-term growth plans, and genuine career progression.

If you're commercially driven, thrive on winning new business, and want to leave your mark, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of exhibitor and sponsorship sales, helping to build a market-leading event from the ground up. You'll have the autonomy to develop your own strategy, win key partnerships, and influence the future direction of the event as it grows.

This isn't simply about filling exhibition space—it's about creating a commercial success story.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
