About the Client
Our client is a growing payment infrastructure platform that enables global businesses to process transactions seamlessly across Asia's diverse markets. They offer comprehensive pay-in and payout solutions through over 50 local payment methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and cards. Catering to merchants, financial institutions, and digital wallets, they ensure compliance and security in all transactions.
Role Overview
Join a fully remote team as a Sales Manager UK and take on the exciting challenge of driving business growth in a dynamic market. You will have the opportunity to own the full sales cycle and make a significant impact by expanding the company's market presence in the UK. Collaborate with skilled colleagues across different departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiations and contract signing.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within your target markets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and contribute to commercial strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity updates, and pipeline data within the CRM.

Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales, with a proven record of achieving revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
- Strong business development mindset with a focus on acquiring new customers and expanding market presence.
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, cryptocurrency, or another technology-driven industry is highly desirable.
- Established professional network within relevant industries is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and modern sales technologies.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and internal company events.
- Languages: English B2.
- Experience in fintech.
