About the Role
We are seeking a driven, strategic, and results-focused Senior Sales Manager to support our continued global expansion. You will play a critical role in growing our client portfolio, with emphasis on mid-market and enterprise organisations. In this position, you will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, articulate the value of Progyny’s solutions, and deliver personalised strategies that address each client’s unique needs.
We are looking for a collaborative, high-performing individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes to a positive, supportive team culture.
Tasks
Pipeline Generation
- Partner with Sales Leadership to shape strategy and open new opportunities.
- Drive personal pipeline generation through prospecting, outbound outreach, and targeted research.
- Maintain predictable pipeline development through disciplined and consistent profile mapping.
- Develop and execute approaches to identify opportunities with large enterprise clients.

End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
- Deliver strong sales presentations that communicate value and differentiation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Client Success, and Care teams to ensure seamless handovers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts aligned with customer needs and company goals.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and stage progression.
- Provide consistent, disciplined forecasting to support predictable revenue planning.
- Leverage insights and data to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in sales within healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated track record selling £100K–£1M+ ARR contracts and managing complex 9+ month cycles.
- Skilled across the full sales toolkit: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Experience navigating multi-phase sales processes, procurement steps, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret and present insights clearly.
- Able to simplify complex concepts and communicate them persuasively to senior stakeholders.
- Results-driven and motivated by achieving and surpassing targets.
