About Retail Pak / Terra Firma Limited

Retail Pak / Terra Firma Limited (Terra Firma Limited) is a Hong Kong-based specialist in custom packaging for international brands and premium products. We design and produce custom product boxes and branded packaging for clients across Europe, the UK, and the UAE. As we execute our UK market expansion strategy, we are seeking a senior sales leader to spearhead our commercial growth on the ground.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our UK sales function. You will be responsible for strategy development, high-value client acquisition, and key account management, working directly with Retail Pak / Terra Firma Limited's senior leadership in Hong Kong. This is a senior, autonomous role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a track record of closing complex B2B deals.

  • Lead sales strategy development and execution for the UK market
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value clients across targeted industries including retail, FMCG, luxury, and e-commerce
  • Nurture relationships with senior decision-makers including Heads of Marketing, Procurement, Brand, and Product
  • Oversee major account management from initial pitch through to project delivery
  • Collaborate with internal design, production, and logistics teams in Hong Kong to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Represent Retail Pak / Terra Firma Limited at high-level industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the UK and Europe
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales and business development team members
  • Report regularly on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Significant experience in senior sales or commercial leadership - ideally within packaging, print, manufacturing, or premium product sectors
  • Demonstrated track record of winning and managing high-value B2B accounts
  • Strong network within UK retail, FMCG, luxury, or related industries
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating autonomously with a small, cross-timezone team
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
