Senior Sales Manager (Wholesale)
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Senior Wholesale Manager to lead and grow our UK and EU wholesale business, driving sales performance across franchise partners, key accounts, sales agents, and wholesale customers, while delivering an exceptional customer experience through every stage of the wholesale journey.
You will develop and execute the regional sales strategy, identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and lead the Wholesale Sales team to deliver revenue and profitability targets.
In addition, you will lead the Customer Service team, ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience from order placement through to delivery and after-sales support. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance, you will oversee account management, order fulfillment, and customer service performance, while driving continuous improvements across the customer journey.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be accountable for the overall wholesale sales performance across the UK and Europe, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining high standards of service for customers and partners. You will lead business development initiatives, manage strategic key accounts, oversee franchise and sales agent performance, implement effective sales processes, and support the development of your teams to create a high-performing culture focused on sustainable growth and operational excellence.

This role is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. You'll enjoy the exciting buzz of our stunning Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, spending an average of three days a week with the team, alongside the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. During peak periods, there may be a requirement to flex up to five days per week in the office.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Sales & Commercial Impact
- Develop and execute the UK & EU wholesale sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share across all wholesale channels.
- Lead all wholesale sales activity across franchise partners, key accounts, sales agents, ensuring each channel delivers against commercial objectives.
- Own and grow strategic key account relationships, developing joint business plans and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new territories, channels, and customers, to expand the company's wholesale footprint.
- Work closely with Directors and Heads of Department to define and deliver company-wide commercial objectives and growth strategies.
- Ensure all territories, key accounts, franchises, and agents achieve or exceed agreed sales and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Wholesale Sales team, setting clear objectives, monitoring KPIs, and driving a high-performance sales culture.
- Manage the performance of sales agents and franchise partners, providing regular reviews, coaching, and commercial support to maximize results.
- Analyse sales performance, identify underperforming markets, customers, or territories, and implement action plans to improve commercial performance.
- Ensure the company's brands are represented in the right retail environments and that all wholesale partners adhere to brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Present seasonal collections to agents and key wholesale partners, delivering product training and equipping partners with the tools needed to maximize sales.
- Work collaboratively with Merchandising, Buying, and Product teams to optimize product distribution, stock allocation, and sell-through across all markets.
- Drive successful seasonal launches across all wholesale channels, ensuring sales teams, agents, and customers are fully prepared and supported.
- Develop and maintain high-quality sales tools, presentations, and commercial materials in partnership with the Marketing and Design teams.
- Partner with Ecommerce and Marketing to ensure B2B platforms, digital tools, and marketing initiatives effectively support wholesale growth.

Customer Experience & Operational Leadership
- Lead the UK Customer Experience team, ensuring an outstanding end-to-end customer journey from order placement through to delivery, after-sales support, and account management.
- Drive customer service excellence by establishing and monitoring KPIs, service standards, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Merchandising, and Sales to ensure seamless order fulfillment, accurate invoicing, and proactive resolution of customer issues.
- Take ownership of resolving operational challenges that may impact customer satisfaction, orders, or invoiced sales, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a consistently high level of service and long-term customer loyalty.

PERFECTLY PACKAGED
- A salary of £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
