Position Title: Senior Sales Manager
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Work Mode: On-Site (Hybrid)
Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAE
Join EDMP and help accelerate the digital transformation of utilities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in Smart Metering, AMI, Smart Grid, Utility Software, or Energy Infrastructure. This is an opportunity to work with governments, utilities, EPC contractors, system integrators, and technology partners, delivering innovative solutions that modernize electricity, water, and gas networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development across the EMEA region.
- Lead sales of Smart Metering and GridLynk utility software solutions.
- Build relationships with utilities, government entities, EPC contractors, and strategic partners.
- Manage tenders, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand EDMP's market presence.
- Represent EDMP at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the CEO and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

What We're Looking For
- 7–12 years of B2B sales experience in Smart Metering, AMI, Smart Grid, Utilities, Renewable Energy, Power Distribution, or Utility Software.
- Proven track record of selling to utility companies, government entities, or large infrastructure customers.
- Strong understanding of smart metering technologies and utility digitalization.
- Experience managing high-value sales opportunities, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced international environment.
