Key Responsibilities
- Lead property sales operations by liaising with vendors and buyers, arranging viewings, and addressing their needs.
- Negotiate offers and finalise sales agreements to maximise value.

- Market properties effectively using diverse channels and skills.
- Focus on generating new business, including:
- Scouting and canvassing the local area
- Door-to-door outreach and direct mail campaigns
- Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
- Represent the business professionally and contribute to branch performance.

Required Skills & Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicle)
- vuos need to commit to frequent travel
- Proven skills in customer service and relationship management
- Strong negotiation and communicative abilities
- Experience in Sales, ideally in property or finance-related fields
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- The ability to work independently with initiative
