Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Sales Negotiator role is based at the Kings Estates office in Guildford. The Senior Sales Negotiator will manage the end-to-end sales process, including conducting valuations, arranging and attending viewings, and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing clear and timely communication, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Daily responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Managing a pipeline of properties
- Preparing sales particulars
- Updating CRM systems
- Working closely with colleagues to meet individual and team targets
The Senior Sales Negotiator will also:
- Monitor local market trends
- Support marketing activities
- Represent the agency professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Professional experience in estate agency, with strong knowledge of residential Sales and Lettings.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets within a competitive property market.
- Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfortable using property CRM systems and basic office software; ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Sound understanding of the local Portsmouth and wider south coast property markets is highly beneficial.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for attending valuations and viewings is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead negotiator role and relevant industry qualifications (e.g., NAEA or equivalent) are a plus.
