Are you an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator looking to take ownership of a flagship development from launch through to completion?
I am working on behalf of a leading house builder in Hertfordshire that is looking for a confident and driven individual to lead a dual-manned development, taking full responsibility for its success from the first release through to the final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales operation on a dual-manned development, acting as the face of the site throughout its lifecycle
- Manage the development from launch through to completion, driving sales performance and maintaining momentum at every stage
- Guide prospective buyers through the entire home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to legal completion and handover
- Conduct both in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the quality and lifestyle of the development
- Build strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and the wider internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain expert knowledge of the development, including pricing, incentives and availability, while consistently delivering against sales targets

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience successfully managing a dual-manned new homes development
- Strong ability to work independently, taking full ownership of site performance
- Available to work the required Thursday to Monday schedule, including weekends
