Are you an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator looking to take ownership of a flagship development from launch through to completion?

I am working on behalf of a leading house builder in Hertfordshire that is looking for a confident and driven individual to lead a dual-manned development, taking full responsibility for its success from the first release through to the final handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales operation on a dual-manned development, acting as the face of the site throughout its lifecycle
  • Manage the development from launch through to completion, driving sales performance and maintaining momentum at every stage
  • Guide prospective buyers through the entire home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to legal completion and handover
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the quality and lifestyle of the development
  • Build strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and the wider internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the development, including pricing, incentives and availability, while consistently delivering against sales targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
