Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager
📍 East London | 🕘 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday
OTE: £70,000+
Basic: £30k-£35k
One of East London's leading independent estate agencies is entering an exciting period of growth. They are looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Sales Manager to help build a high-performing residential sales department and play a key role in their future success.
The Role
- Generate valuations and win new instructions
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
- Build relationships with buyers, vendors, and local businesses
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Support the growth of the sales department and increase market share

About You
- Minimum 4 years' residential sales experience
- No driving license required
- Proven track record of winning instructions and generating fees
- Strong valuation and negotiation skills
- Professional, driven, and commercially minded
- Ambitious with aspirations to progress into management
