Senior Sales Negotiator - Iver

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a dynamic and fast-paced agency with a strong team ethic and a "keep pushing" culture who are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team and drive new business. They operate on ALTO CRM and pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and market expertise.


Duties/Functions Of The Role

  • Manage and drive all aspects of residential sales from instruction to completion
  • Conduct property valuations and present service offerings
  • Secure instructions, viewings, offers, and financial services appointments
  • Oversee sales progression, liaising with solicitors, buyers, and sellers
  • Maintain high service standards in line with legislation and company processes
  • Lead morning meetings and set daily targets
  • Conduct vendor updates and market analysis reports
  • Deliver canvassing activities and conduct accompanied viewings
  • Problem-solve and manage client expectations effectively

Requirements Of The Role

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator level
  • Proven experience in valuations, sales progression, and pipeline management
  • Track record of long-term employment (preferably 3+ years in a recent role)
  • Excellent telephone manner and client-facing communication skills
  • A strong team player with initiative and reliability
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence, own a ULEZ-compliant vehicle, and have no penalty points
  • Must be local or have good knowledge of the Iver/Hounslow area

Salary Budgets: £28,000 - £35,000 basic salary, £60,000 OTE + car allowance

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm, alternate Saturdays 10am - 4pm
