Senior Sales Negotiator – Hyde Park Office

About the Role We are seeking a senior sales negotiator to join our busy and expanding Hyde Park office. This is the ideal role for someone with a proactive approach to winning new business and delivering outstanding customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and registering new applicants
  • Maintaining regular contact with vendors and applicants, documenting all correspondence
  • Developing strong professional relationships with clients and fostering long-term trust
  • Arranging, organising, and conducting property viewings
  • Actively canvassing for new properties
  • Negotiating offers on behalf of all relevant parties to secure the best possible outcomes
  • Progressing sales from offer to completion
  • Building in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace
  • Collaborating with the Manager to identify new business opportunities
  • Assisting in valuations where required
  • Meeting daily and weekly KPI targets
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the office
  • Working cross-departmentally to ensure seamless business flow and referrals as needed
  • Supporting the Hyde Park Sales team to surpass annual sales targets
  • Exhibiting exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Adopting a professional, ambitious, and enthusiastic mindset with growth potential

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven skill in building rapport and cultivating long-lasting client relationships
  • Excellent under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong client management and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets (individual and team)
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Vebra (preferred but not essential)
