Senior Sales Negotiator – Hyde Park Office
About the Role We are seeking a senior sales negotiator to join our busy and expanding Hyde Park office. This is the ideal role for someone with a proactive approach to winning new business and delivering outstanding customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and registering new applicants
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors and applicants, documenting all correspondence
- Developing strong professional relationships with clients and fostering long-term trust
- Arranging, organising, and conducting property viewings
- Actively canvassing for new properties
- Negotiating offers on behalf of all relevant parties to secure the best possible outcomes
- Progressing sales from offer to completion
- Building in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace
- Collaborating with the Manager to identify new business opportunities
- Assisting in valuations where required
- Meeting daily and weekly KPI targets
- Managing day-to-day operations of the office
- Working cross-departmentally to ensure seamless business flow and referrals as needed
- Supporting the Hyde Park Sales team to surpass annual sales targets
- Exhibiting exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Adopting a professional, ambitious, and enthusiastic mindset with growth potential

Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven skill in building rapport and cultivating long-lasting client relationships
- Excellent under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong client management and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets (individual and team)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Vebra (preferred but not essential)
