Senior Sales Negotiator
Country Properties Hatfield is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join our sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has already built a foundation in sales or estate agency and now wants more ownership, better earning potential, and a genuine chance to grow within a branch with serious local ambition.
The Package
- £27,000 guaranteed basic salary
- £40,000 realistic OTE (OTE: On-Target Earnings)
- Uncapped commission
- Mileage paid
- Full-time role
- Saturdays on rota
- Based in Hatfield

The role is focused purely on residential sales. You’ll be working closely with our Sales Manager, handling:
- Buyer enquiries
- Viewings
- Vendor updates
- Offer negotiation
- Valuation opportunities
- Supporting market share growth across Hatfield
Essential Qualities & Experience
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident on the phone
- Strong face-to-face ability
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Organised with follow-ups
- Professional with clients
- Able to build trust quickly
- Comfortable negotiating offers
- Hungry to progress
A full UK driving licence is essential. Estate agency experience is preferred, but strong sales experience with the right attitude will also be considered.
