Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Veracode is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Sales & Channel Operations team, that will work out of our London office. This role plays a critical part in supporting our revenue organization by driving operational excellence across direct and partner-led sales motions. Working closely with Sales, Channel, Finance, Legal, and Services, you will help streamline processes, support commercial deal execution, and contribute to key initiatives that enable business growth across EMEA and APJ. What you’ll be doing: Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Channel teams on deal structure, pricing, quoting, and commercial processes. Provide day-to-day operational support for quoting, order management, contract administration, and internal process navigation. Coordinate with Sales, Channel, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure opportunities progress efficiently through the sales cycle. Process bookings in Salesforce, ensuring compliance with company booking policies and revenue recognition requirements. Maintain Salesforce data integrity and develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into sales and channel performance. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and the experience of both internal teams and channel partners. Support strategic initiatives and other ad hoc projects as needed. What we’re looking for: 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related business operations function. Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms. Familiarity with CPQ, quoting, or deal management tools. Understanding of SaaS business models, subscription licensing, and revenue processes. Experience supporting channel partners, distributors, resellers, or indirect sales motions is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
