Job Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Sales Performance Analyst to serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership—bridging data, storytelling, and commercial execution. This is a role for a self-starter who thrives on turning complex metrics into decisive strategies, offered on a remote/remote-flexible basis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic reporting and insights
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Commercial Leaders to drive contextual, forward-looking analysis of:
- Quota attainment
- Pipeline health
- Win/loss trends
- Move beyond "dots" to storytelling: articulate why behind numbers to guide executive direction.
2. Sales leadership liaison
- Serve as the primary analytical contact for global Sales Leadership—delivering insights that shape territory planning, geopolitical strategy, and compensation models.
3. Cross-functional governance
- Amplify shipping true ownership over sales revenue data with remote leadership, embedding clearly into Marketing, Revenue Intelligence, Finance, Product, and CX teams.
4. Advanced data modeling
- Champion proprietary data segmentation: identify hidden correlations between business activities and long-term revenue vitality.

5. Forecasting refinement
- Drive system improvement at the intersection of sales optimism and financial realism, collaborating with FP&A to maximize predictive accuracy.
6. CRM data integrity
- Elevate Salesforce architecture, ensuring:
- Reporting automation that eliminates manual effort
- Smarter CRMs for commercial teams (intuitive dashboards and self-service goals).
7. Strategic ad-hoc projects
- Contribute to mission-critical initiatives via workload-agnostic analytics, including:
- Market-entry performance pilots
- Competitive benchmarking
- Revenue plan/metric benchmarking
Requirements
Technical/Experience
- Sales Operations or Commercial Finance:
- Minimum 5+ years of proven execution in performance-driven environments
- Experience auditing filtering assumptions for C-level stakeholders (dirigents to VP/GM/board levels)
- Technical proficiencies:
- Excel (advanced to expert level; proficiency required in pivoting, dynamic linking, Excel-to-Google inter-operability)
- Google Suite (impeccable—Slides, Sheets, and Gmail all managed seamlessly)
- CRM (Salesforce) experienced automator/cleaner (metadata, custom reports, automated alerts)
- BI tools: Tableau+ or Power BI+ and Spark/SQL for Databricks (highly preferred for ad-hoc queries)
- Financial acumen:
- Alignment with sales awareness (month-end pressure management)
- Functional literacy in P&L, Balance Sheet, keynote metrics
- Translates edicts frequently into language team members can adopt
- Remote integration:
- Exceptional virtual networking and influencer skills for international teams
