Revolutionize Customer Experience with state of the art Cloud Solutions!
Join our dynamic team and become a strategic partner in transforming how businesses connect with their customers through innovative cloud technologies. We're seeking a passionate sales specialist who can bridge technology and business strategy to drive transformative customer experiences with agentic AI.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic go-to-market approaches for Amazon Connect, targeting specific domains and customer segments
- Engage with executive leadership to understand complex business challenges and propose innovative cloud solutions
- Serve as the primary business specialist for customer services within your assigned territory (UKI Retail & CPG)
- Craft compelling value propositions that directly address customer needs and demonstrate AWS's unique capabilities
- Collaborate with global system integrators to deliver transformative customer projects

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in technology-related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Experience in the customer service/contact center industry

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across organizations
- Experience in large complex deal negotiations with a successful track record
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
