About the Company

We are working with one of London’s leading commercial furniture dealers to find an experienced Sales Support professional to join its operations team. This is a rare opportunity at this salary level and would suit someone who already understands the commercial furniture or FF&E industry and can confidently support projects from quotation through to order placement and delivery. The position sits at the centre of the business, working closely with the sales, operations and project management teams.

About the Role

Your role will be to remove administration from the sales team, protect project margins and ensure that quotes, orders and supporting documentation are produced accurately and on time. This is not a traditional administrative position. It is a commercially important role for someone who understands furniture products, supplier price lists and the pace of a busy dealer environment.

Responsibilities

  • Producing and quality-checking furniture quotations
  • Requesting and reviewing supplier quotations
  • Working confidently across multiple supplier price lists
  • Raising purchase orders and placing orders with approved suppliers
  • Checking order acknowledgements and identifying discrepancies
  • Preparing project front sheets, handover information and supporting documentation
  • Helping protect project margins through accurate checking and clear communication
  • Updating the CRM, internal systems and project information
  • Supporting the project management team with occasional site visits and snagging
  • Preparing O&M information, sustainability reports and carbon documentation
  • Supporting PQQ submissions and other business documentation
  • Coordinating supplier presentations, Lunch & Learns and team events
  • Re-prioritising tasks when urgent quotations or orders arise

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
