Build the technical backbone for a fast-scaling tech training business
My client is a PE-backed technology, data, and AI services company and is certified as a B Corp. They work with both public and private sector clients, such as financial services and central government, to build AI and technology skills. As the business grows, they are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to help develop their AI-driven systems.
The role is based in London and requires someone to be in the office 4 days a week (in the Moorgate/Liverpool Street area).
What You'll Be Doing
-
Advanced Automation Engineering: Design and maintain Salesforce Flows, and use Claude in VS Code to turn plain-English business needs into working, tested automation. This is now a core part of how the team works.
-
Core Cloud Optimisation: Be the go-to expert for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Help improve lead conversion, case management, and entitlement processes.
-
Integrated Stack Management: Oversee automated connections between Salesforce and other systems.
-
Platform Quality: Keep the platform running smoothly and ensure documentation is clear so the team does not depend on one person to remember everything.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
