Senior Salesforce Administrator - London Hybrid - Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of a business-critical Salesforce environment following a major transformation programme.

The business has recently migrated the majority of its ERP processes into Salesforce, making the platform central to day-to-day operations across sales, revenue operations, customer engagement, finance and wider business processes. As a result, this role requires someone who can not only maintain and optimise the platform technically, but also understand the wider ecosystem, identify risks, improve processes and support users across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance and optimisation of Salesforce, primarily across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ / Revenue Cloud.
  • Review and understand the current Salesforce ecosystem, including existing workflows, triggers, integrations and user processes.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce configuration, including permissions, profiles, roles, security settings, validation rules, flows, screen workflows and automation.
  • Support and maintain key integrations, including middleware, document management, e-signature, backup and finance-related systems.
  • Work with Apex triggers and HTTP trigger logic where required, particularly in relation to integrations and downstream system dependencies.
  • Partner with sales, revenue operations, infrastructure, product and leadership stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Support users across the business by improving adoption, educating teams on Salesforce capability and championing best practice.
  • Maintain platform stability while delivering improvements, ensuring changes are carefully assessed for knock-on impact across the wider ecosystem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
