Location: London (1 Day on site per week) Type: Permanent

We're working with a growing Salesforce consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to its Professional Services team.

This is an opportunity to work on a variety of complex Salesforce transformation programmes across multiple industries, helping clients maximise the value of their Salesforce investment. You'll play a key role in solution design, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and hands-on Salesforce configuration, while also mentoring more junior consultants and contributing to internal innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support client-facing Salesforce projects from discovery through to delivery
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders
  • Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications
  • Configure scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and automation capabilities
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams to deliver best-practice solutions
  • Manage deployments using DevOps and release management tools
  • Support client adoption through training, onboarding and change activities
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the practice
  • Help drive innovation through AI initiatives, accelerators and reusable assets

Required Experience

  • Strong Salesforce consulting experience gained within a consultancy or professional services environment
  • Proven delivery across multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ or Industries Cloud
  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce, particularly with Flows and declarative automation
  • Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into practical solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience supporting user adoption, training and business change activities
  • Salesforce certifications highly desirable
