Senior Salesforce Consultant

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant within ThirdEye’s Salesforce Professional Services Practice, you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions for our clients. You'll work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to solve challenging business problems, support strategic digital transformation initiatives, and become a trusted advisor in their Salesforce journey.

What You Will Do

  • Work on engaging client projects, building strong relationships and working collaboratively to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions
  • Lead and/or contribute to discovery workshops, producing outputs such as process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Configure and document your solutions using Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and LucidChart
  • Build secure, robust and scalable solutions to your customers’ business requirements, using Salesforce’s configuration and declarative automation capabilities
  • Ensure your solutions adhere to industry and ThirdEye best practices
  • Deploy your work to upstream environments in a repeatable, automated manner, using version control and DevOps tools such as Gitlab and Gearset
  • Collaborate closely with your People Manager to define your development journey and next steps, driven by your ambitions and experiences
  • Maintain and build upon your existing technical and functional skills, with support for Salesforce certifications and personal development
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow their careers
  • Contribute to internal innovation initiatives, including AI projects, best practice frameworks, and the development of reusable accelerators and assets
  • Have fun while doing it, with internal projects that inspire creativity and collaboration

Who You Are And What You’ve Done

  • You have delivered impactful solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industries Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud) within a consultancy environment
  • You’re confident facilitating workshops, translating business requirements into tangible outputs such as user stories and process maps
  • You thrive on hands-on configuration, especially with Flow and enjoy designing Salesforce solutions that solve real-world problems
  • You’ve worked alongside Solution Architects to shape robust, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • You’re familiar with third-party apps that enhance Salesforce’s native capabilities
  • You’re comfortable demoing your work to stakeholders, including end users, SMEs, and product owners
  • You have practical experience with DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset, and have managed deployments across environments
  • You’ve used Agile project tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to track progress and maintain visibility
  • You hold yourself to a high standard, writing test scripts, unit testing your work and peer reviewing your colleagues’ code
  • You understand business change management and have supported clients through training, onboarding, and adoption initiatives
  • You’re always looking to learn, seeking out diverse projects, industries, and clients to expand your skill set
  • You’re a natural problem-solver who can adapt quickly, wear different hats, and stay focused on delivering value to clients
  • You support and uplift those around you, bringing energy and collaboration to every team
