As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will join the dedicated Salesforce Platform team, collaborating closely with broader product engineering groups to design scalable, product-agnostic capabilities.
You’ll be given the ownership to run with ideas, tackle complex integrations, and drive technical evolution from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve robust Salesforce integration solutions, with a strong focus on event-sourcing and event-driven architectures.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Agentic AI and Agentforce to deliver transformational change.
- Develop core Salesforce capabilities across the ecosystem, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Confidently identify, mitigate, and resolve architectural risks, control weaknesses, or system bottlenecks.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to match the following criteria:
- Strong background as a Salesforce Developer using Sales & Service Cloud, with deep hands-on experience in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). Salesforce Certifications are highly preferred.
- Proven track record working on Salesforce instances heavily integrated with external real-time systems. Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (Event-Driven Architecture is a major bonus!).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), alongside modern development tooling (Git, CI/CD pipelines, and packaging approaches).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
