Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: London - Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite
Start Day: ASAP
Contract Rate: £515 per day inside IR35
Duration: 12 months initially
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience across Salesforce Platform, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud. You will develop, configure, and support scalable Salesforce solutions, working closely with technical leads, architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
- Design and implement Agentforce capabilities, including AI agents, prompts, actions, automation, and data integrations.
- Support Data Cloud activities including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and calculated insights.
- Deliver Service Cloud functionality including case management, omni-channel routing, entitlements, milestones, knowledge, and service automation.
- Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures.
- Support releases, deployments, environment strategy, and production support.

Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years' Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, automation, integration patterns, and platform capabilities.
- Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DX, GitHub, and deployment tooling.
- Agile Scrum experience.
- Strong CRM and enterprise application delivery knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
