Senior Salesforce Developer

The Senior Salesforce Developer role will work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive the successful set up and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce platform while liaising with third party providers. In additional this role will be responsible for development of the Salesforce platform and assist in managing the continuous improvement of the platform. As a key platform to managing students internally, the role plays a major part in enabling teams to deliver the highest level of customer service and student experience possible. Key Responsibilities Deliver ongoing Salesforce enhancements Salesforce administration and support Identify and implement Salesforce workflow improvements Ensure data issues are identified and root cause addressed Liaising with third party development teams Functionality walkthrough for new enhancements for existing and new staff Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications At least 4-6 years of experience in CRM domain and 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations with sound knowledge on Salesforce Sales cloud, Service and community Cloud. Fluent in Apex Code such as triggers, classes, test methods; Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce, SOQL,SOSL and other relevant technologies on the Salesforce platform Good level of experience with CI/CD Hands-on experience in integrating 3rd party systems such as oAuth and REST Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet project deadlines. Deliver ongoing Salesforce enhancements. Developing Salesforce functionality to enhance business use of the platform. Strong understanding of custom development best practices, governor limits, and security considerations within the Salesforce platform. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce platform. Ability to understand and be responsive to customer needs and to advocate for customer success Experience defining and delivering enterprise.
