We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a high-profile technology team delivering strategic enhancements across a global Salesforce estate at a major Investment Manager.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce capabilities, whilst working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Contract Length: Initial 6 Months
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Day Rate: £ Competitive Day Rate

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions across the Salesforce platform.
  • Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Middleware technologies.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to platform best practices.
  • Support deployments, releases, and ongoing platform optimization activities.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects throughout the delivery life cycle.
  • Contribute to CI/CD initiatives and improve engineering practices across the team.

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer within enterprise-scale environments.
  • Asset & Investment Management experience is preferred; financial services is a minimum.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience working with source control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data models.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification essential.
  • Platform Developer II and additional Salesforce certifications highly desirable.
