We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our IT Enterprise Applications team.
As a key member of the global Corporate Technology organization, you will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions that drive productivity across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Engineering.
This role is ideal for a technical leader with deep Salesforce platform expertise who thrives in solving complex business challenges with scalable, performant, and future-forward systems. Our internal applications are rapidly evolving, and you will have a major influence in shaping the next generation of our architecture and business process automation.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role with broad scope, direct collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, and partnership with both internal teams and external technology vendors. You'll be empowered to lead initiatives, influence architectural direction, and mentor other developers, all while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions on the Salesforce.com platform to support critical business functions.
- Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions to meet complex pricing, product configuration, and quoting needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and technical advisor across Salesforce technologies.
- Design and build advanced customizations, flows, and logic to support quoting workflows, discount approvals, renewals, subscriptions, and billing integration.
- Mentor junior developers and support cross-functional teams by promoting best practices in Salesforce development and deployment.
- Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using web services and APIs.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards to maintain code quality and performance.
- Oversee and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation strategies.
- Provide strategic input and technical leadership in platform optimization, security, and scalability.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, especially those affecting CPQ, and assess the impact of new features on current implementations.
- Document detailed technical specifications and deliver clear communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform in enterprise environments.
- Preferred: 1+ years of direct experience with Salesforce CPQ development.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist (strongly preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer or Development Lifecycle & Deployment Designer (preferred)
Advanced Experience With Salesforce Development Tools And Technologies, Including
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Triggers, Batch Jobs, and Custom Metadata Types
- Experience building and maintaining managed packages (a plus)
Additional Experience
- Strong proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON.
- Deep understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and relational database tools (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, AWS RDS).
- Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps practices, including use of Git, Jenkins, Jira, Copado or Gearset for CI/CD.
- Experience with Omnistudio and Experience Cloud is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
