We've partnered with a leading international professional services organisation to recruit an experienced Project Manager into their global transformation team.
12 Month FTC
2 days onsite in Manchester
£80,000-£100,000 depending on experience
This is an opportunity to lead high profile business and technology change projects, with a particular focus on Salesforce and wider digital transformation initiatives. Working with senior stakeholders, technical teams and third party partners, you'll deliver projects that improve client engagement, business development processes and operational efficiency across a global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of business and technology transformation projects.
- Deliver Salesforce related projects and associated business change initiatives.
- Manage project governance, planning, RAID logs, reporting and project documentation.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and successful change adoption.
- Work closely with internal technology teams, developers, architects and systems integration partners to deliver projects.
- Coordinate sprint based project delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Support strategic initiatives including client feedback, opportunity management, pitch transformation and wider business development improvements.
- Gather and challenge business requirements, translating them into practical delivery plans.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, governance and change management.

About You
You'll be an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering enterprise wide transformation programmes within large, complex organisations.
You'll also bring:
- Strong end to end project management experience.
- Experience delivering large scale systems transformation projects.
- Experience working within sprint based or Agile delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience delivering projects involving enterprise platforms, ideally Salesforce.
- Experience working alongside systems integration partners and technical delivery teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A recognised project management qualification (Prince2, Agile, PMP or equivalent) or comparable experience.

- Experience within professional services, legal, accountancy or another complex corporate environment.
- Experience working within global or matrix organisations.
- Exposure to business development, client lifecycle or pursuit processes.
- An interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to embrace new ways of working.
