Senior Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud)
London, Outside IR35, £350-400 Day Rate, Hybrid, 3-6 month contract
This is a hands-on contract opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Administrator with strong Service Cloud expertise and a focus on contact centre environments. You will play a key role in enhancing an established Salesforce platform, driving automation, improving agent workflows, and delivering practical improvements across customer service operations.

They are a well-established organisation with a large, high-volume customer service function supported by a mature and evolving Salesforce ecosystem. Salesforce is central to how customer interactions are managed, with continued investment in improving service quality and operational efficiency. The internal Salesforce team works closely with customer service stakeholders to deliver ongoing enhancements that make a tangible difference to day-to-day operations.

The Role and Deliverables
- Own and manage Service Cloud configuration within a busy contact centre environment
- Design and implement Flow-based automation to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
- Optimise case management, contact handling workflows, and after-contact activities
- Configure and refine AI-supported features such as Einstein for Service or Agentforce
- Support and maintain integrations with CTI platforms and external customer systems
- Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-focused improvements

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on Service Cloud
- Proven ability to build and optimise automation using Salesforce Flows
- Experience working in contact centre environments with knowledge of CTI and contact handling processes
- Confidence configuring AI-enabled features such as Einstein for Service or Agentforce
- Experience supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Service Cloud certification or equivalent practical expertise
