Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant
Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 + Benefits + Quarterly Bonus

Mason Frank International has partnered with a premier, award-winning boutique Salesforce consultancy to find a talented Senior Technical Consultant.

They partner with high-profile organizations to solve their most intricate business challenges, giving their consultants the autonomy to innovate and truly own their technical delivery.
The Role
As a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will bridge the gap between deep technical execution and high-level client advisory. You will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and delivering sophisticated Salesforce solutions across Core Org (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds) and broader ecosystem integrations.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in their Central London office, offering the perfect balance of team collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the technical design of complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalable and robust architecture.
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, translating intricate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Hands-on Customization: Write clean, high-quality Apex, LWC, and integrations while leveraging declarative capabilities effectively.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and data migration strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior/mid-weight consultants and developers within the practice.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven Consultancy Experience: A strong track record working within a Salesforce partner ecosystem, comfortably managing client-facing dynamics.
- Enterprise-Level Exposure: Experience delivering large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations with a deep architectural understanding.
- Technical Mastery: Strong development background (Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs/Integrations) alongside extensive declarative knowledge.
- Cloud Depth: Strong expertise across Sales and Service Clouds. Exposure to Revenue Cloud (CPQ) or Data Cloud is highly advantageous.
- Certifications: Valid Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect, Platform Dev I/II) are preferred.
