About the Company:

Our client is a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation embarking on a major SAP S/4HANA transformation across Europe. With the programme in its early stages, this is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of a strategic, multi-year implementation that will shape the future of the organisation's business processes.

As part of a growing in-house SAP Centre of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation and rollout of SAP Project Systems (PS), helping to establish a standardised solution across multiple European sites.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) Expert to lead the functional design and implementation of SAP PS within a large-scale S/4HANA programme. Working closely with business stakeholders, project management teams and cross-functional SAP experts, you will ensure project planning, execution, budgeting and reporting processes are delivered in line with business objectives.

This role offers the opportunity to influence the SAP template from the outset and become a key contributor to a high-profile European transformation programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
