The Role: Senior Scenic Project Manager

You’ll be the driving force behind our most complex scenic productions, leading our scenic team to integrate stunning scenic and staging elements into our prestigious live events. With extensive experience (typically 6+ years) in scenic construction and project management within the live events industry, you’ll lead the delivery of key projects ensuring our values of creativity, passion and excellence are visible in every joint and surface. You will have a deep level of expertise in scenic construction, and have proficiency in AutoCAD or a similar package to create technical construction drawings that serve as the blueprint for success. You will be confident in the specification and application of a wide range of construction materials and finishes, be comfortable in creating project paperwork and have the ability to handle budgets, manage logistics and produce accurate quotes that answer our client’s needs. On site, you’ll supervise the venue transformation, managing internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a seamless delivery that exceeds client expectations. Whilst not essential, a full driving licence and a car would be highly beneficial.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
