What We Need
We are seeking a Solutions Architect to be a senior technical authority within Dotmatics Professional Services, responsible for defining and governing end-to-end solution architectures for customer implementations of the Dotmatics Luma platform.
The role combines deep technical architecture expertise with an appreciation of scientific R&D workflows. The Principal Solution Architect ensures that solutions are not only functionally correct, but also meet rigorous non-functional requirements around performance, scalability, security, reliability, observability, maintainability, and long-term operability.
This trusted technical advisor role is highly customer-facing and works closely with Sales, PreSales, Product, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) architecture teams. It plays a key role in joint Siemens engagements, positioning Luma alongside technologies such as Teamcenter, Mendix, and other DISW portfolio software solutions.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
