Lead the formulation of manufacture-ready polymer materials for a startup tackling the plastic crisis. You will serve as the technical bridge between design and manufacturing, translating customer requirements into chemical specifications for industrial-scale production. What You Will Do
- Design and optimize polymer formulations for industrial-scale extrusion and molding.
- Act as the primary technical interface between commercial design teams and manufacturing partners.
- Own formulation development from initial bench-scale testing through to stable, repeatable mass production.
The ideal candidate
- Holds a Masters or PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Materials Science.
- Possesses at least two years of hands-on R&D experience within an industrial setting.
- Exhibits deep knowledge of polymer chemistry and a first-principles approach to material properties.
