Collaborate with a talented team of 1,400+ worldwide to design cutting-edge validation strategies, standardize high-impact processes, and elevate quality standards in alignment with ISO9001.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll play a transformative role in:
- Designing robust validation strategies for new flow cytometry and immunocytochemistry antibodies tailored to cancer, immunology, and infectious disease research.
- Establishing and troubleshooting novel assays and protocols, with a focus on reproducibility, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring full compliance with internal and external quality standards, including ISO9001, while maintaining the highest laboratory standards.
- Mentoring junior colleagues to foster a collaborative, engaging, and high-performing environment.
- Managing projects efficiently—delivering on objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations globally.

Requirements
The Senior Scientist is ideally suited for who:

Education & Experience:
- A PhD in Immunology, Immuno-Oncology, or Infectious Disease (with industry experience typically equalling +5 years).
- +7 combined years of experience (mix of academia and industry).

Technical Expertise:
- Deep expertise in flow cytometry, including multi-color immunophenotyping experiments (covering extracellular and intracellular markers in both human and murine models).
- Extensive experience in developing new assays and protocols from conception to validation.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 quality standards (a plus but not mandatory).

Soft Skills:
- Exceptional organizational ability, with a commitment to prioritization, multitasking, and strict deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, enabling open, inclusive, and constructive collaboration across international teams.
