Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead experimental design and execution for defined project workstreams
- Provide scientific oversight, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Interpret complex datasets and offer strategic recommendations
- Mentor Laboratory Technicians and Scientists
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, and risk mitigation
- Author and review technical reports, presentations, and publications
- Drive continuous improvement in laboratory and analytical processes
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (evidence of industry experience required)
- Demonstrated experience leading R&D workstreams or technical projects
- Advanced expertise in analytical techniques and pharmaceutical formulation
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in biologics, polymer development, or advanced drug delivery systems
- Experience operating in ISO9001, ISO13485, and/or cGMP environments
- Familiarity with regulatory documentation processes
