Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage, and remove complex impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies
  • Facilitate team and program-level ceremonies with focus, alignment, and measurable outcomes
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning
  • Partner with Technical Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and leadership to improve planning, prioritization, and delivery flow
  • Monitor team health, delivery performance, and Agile metrics to support data-informed improvements
  • Mentor and support Scrum Masters within the Agile community of practice
  • Contribute to the evolution of Agile practices, frameworks, and delivery standards across the organization
  • Support organizational change initiatives and help embed Agile thinking beyond engineering teams

Requirements

  • CSM / PSM certification (advanced certifications desirable)
  • Significant experience applying Agile principles within software development environments
  • Proven experience mentoring multiple teams and collaborators to improve Agile maturity and delivery efficiency
  • Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience managing cross-team dependencies and supporting delivery at scale
  • Strong experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence

Differentiators

  • Experience working within SAFe, Scrum@Scale, or other scaled Agile frameworks
  • Experience mentoring or leading Scrum Masters or Agile practitioners
  • Project or program management experience
  • Experience supporting organizational Agile transformation initiatives
