Senior SDR Team Lead (HF1159894)

Senior SDR Team Lead

Battersea, London | £45,000 – £55,000 Base | Double OTE | Uncapped Commission

About the Role

Are you a top-performing SDR who’s already mentoring others, leading by example, and wondering when you’ll get that management opportunity? This could be it.

We’re hiring a Senior SDR Team Lead to manage and develop a team of four SDRs while continuing to drive your own outbound motion and carry an individual target. This is the perfect role for someone who wants to build great salespeople without losing the energy of winning business themselves.

You’ll split time between team coaching (50%) and hitting your own targets (50%), serving as a living example of what greatness looks like. Unlike traditional management roles, we’re focused on developing people, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring your team enjoys winning together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 SDRs, fostering continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call coaching, and skills development sessions
  • Carry your own sales target and generate pipeline using modern outbound techniques (phone, email, LinkedIn, social selling)
  • Lead by example in prospecting, messaging, and opportunity creation
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimise outreach strategies
  • Use data and performance insights to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements
  • Shape processes, best practices, and the future growth of the SDR function

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
