Shape secure solutions. Influence critical programmes. Build security in from the start.

We're looking for a Senior Security Architect to join our growing Cyber Security practice within our Aerospace, Defence & Security (ADS) business. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of client engagements, helping organisations design and deliver secure, resilient solutions in increasingly complex environments.

Working alongside experienced Managing Security Architects and cyber specialists, you'll play a key role in embedding Secure by Design principles into client solutions, ensuring security is engineered from the outset rather than added as an afterthought.

Home based with travel to client sites.

You must be eligible for SC and DV Clearance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting security architecture activities across a range of client engagements.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand security requirements.
  • Reviewing existing and proposed architectures to identify risks and recommend appropriate controls.
  • Producing security architecture documentation, including high-level designs and security design artefacts.
  • Conducting security gap analysis and supporting security assurance activities.
  • Contributing to security aspects of bids and proposals.
  • Collaborating with our Cyber Security Centre of Excellence to drive best practice and innovation.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working within a Security Architecture function, ideally across customer-facing engagements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience designing and documenting security controls using a risk-based approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working alongside senior architects within structured delivery environments.
  • A recognised cyber security qualification such as CISSP, CCSK or CCSP.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
