Senior SEN Recruitment Consultant | London (Liverpool Street) | Up to £60k Basic + 25% Commission
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced SEN recruiter ready for their next step.
I'm working with one of the fastest-growing education recruitment companies in the UK, a B Corp certified, employee-owned business with offices across several UK cities. They work with schools, colleges and education providers nationwide, and have a strong, well-established presence within the SEN and student support market. They're now looking for an experienced SEN Recruitment Consultant to join their London team, based out of Liverpool Street.
This is a senior, high-trust role. You'll report directly into the Chief Commercial Officer, have full flexibility to get out and meet clients face to face, and be supported by a dedicated delivery team so you can focus on what you do best: winning business and building relationships.
Who they're looking for
- Proven experience in SEN recruitment, with a strong understanding of the market and its candidates
- A confident, established networker who can build genuine, lasting relationships with schools, local authorities and SEN providers
- A strong personal billing track record and a clear commercial mindset
- Someone comfortable operating with autonomy and being trusted to manage their own diary and client base
- Ambitious, credible and capable of representing the business at a senior level
- Money motivated, competitive, and driven by long-term results rather than short-term wins

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
