About Us
Fibre Marketing, a young and exciting search marketing agency, is recruiting a seasoned SEO Executive. This is a really exciting role that requires excellent SEO knowledge and the ability to take ownership of key client accounts.
Located in Regency Cheltenham, we work with clients nationwide and internationally to get them to the top of search platforms - whether it’s a full service SEO package, PPC strategy, AI optimisation.
The Role
- Develop and execute SEO and AIO strategies tailored to your clients objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and extended marketing teams of your clients to ensure the seamless implementation of their search strategy
- Consistently monitor client performance and produce detailed monthly reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and rankings through a range of tools such as SE Rankings, SEMrush, GA
- Lead client comms and present your excellent results to key stakeholders
- Continuously optimise SEO campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices to drive organic search visibility and traffic
- Keeping up with the changing SEO landscape and educating the team to improve overall performance and success

Key Skills & Requirements We Look For
- A drive for results, and a proactive attitude
- Strong experience of working to client KPI’s
- Someone with long term goals that wants to grow the agency and be a part of something bigger
- Fluent in a range of tools such as GA, GSC, SEMrush, SErankings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 3 years SEO experience (preferably agency experience)
