Senior SEO Executive
Senior SEO (Organic Performance) Executive
About the Role
After a successful year growing our current client scopes for 2026, we are now looking to expand our Organic Performance Department with the hiring of an SEO (Organic Performance) Senior Executive.
As a full-service media agency, search sits at OMD UK’s heart within the Connected Performance Department, a team of over 160 experts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to work across a varied client mix, getting involved in multiple channel touchpoints and collaborating with counterparts across the agency.
Reporting directly to OMD’s Organic Performance Account Manager, you will be an inquisitive and proactive SEO practitioner, expanding your remit into GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation – GenAI/LLMs). You will support the Account Manager as the primary day-to-day contact, responsible for delivering SEO/GEO strategies for clients, working together to drive performance and efficiencies.
You will primarily work with one of the biggest banks in the UK, across multiple business units.
This role is ideal for a self-starter SEO all-rounder with hands-on experience ready for the next step into a more senior role.
About the Team
The Organic Performance Department has 25+ members with wide-ranging expertise in SEO, owned, and earned media. Colleagues are deeply collaborative, fostering continuous knowledge-sharing and upskilling.
Key initiatives include:
- Monthly ‘Pulse Sessions’ – sharing industry news, trends, and deep-dives into SEO and digital, offering a space to geek out.
- Monthly cross-team Forum – involving 50+ specialists from PHD, MG OMD, and OMD UK, where teams collaborate on groundbreaking insights and opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
