An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a prestigious automotive brand in Salisbury. The Role

As a Senior Service Advisor, you'll act as a key point of contact for customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the Service Reception. You'll deliver an exceptional customer experience, assist in leading the front-of-house team, and help drive departmental performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service from vehicle check-in through to handover.
  • Support and mentor the Service Advisor team to maintain high performance.
  • Schedule service and repair work efficiently with the workshop.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and explain work carried out.
  • Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in line with manufacturer standards.

  • Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor ready to step up within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive and professional approach with the ability to lead by example.
  • Experience using dealership management systems is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence.
