Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage accurate service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Provide detailed financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve service charge queries
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and analysis
- Collaborate with other teams to improve service charge processes and efficiency
- Monitor and review financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Deliver training and guidance to colleagues on service charge matters

Profile – Desired Skills & Experience
A strong candidate will have:
- A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably within Housing or Property sectors
- Proven experience in service charge management and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial systems and software
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- A proactive approach to process improvement
