Arm is building a next-generation Service Management capability that combines ITIL v4 practices with modern engineering approaches to support high-velocity delivery with enterprise-grade stability.

As a Senior Service Design & Transition Specialist, you will build how new services and features launch into production. You will ensure they are well-developed, supportable, and ready to operate from day one.

You will partner with IT and Business teams to guide services through transition, ensuring performance, support readiness, and risk are addressed early—using a data-informed approach to service performance and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Service Acceptance Criteria framework
  • Lead readiness reviews for new services, features, and major releases
  • Guide services into production, ensuring operational readiness and supportability
  • Ensure services are built with clear performance expectations, including agreed-upon availability targets, objectives, and user experience metrics
  • Incorporate monitoring, observability, and performance insight into service design
  • Ensure architecture documentation, support models, and runbooks are in place and fit for purpose
  • Validate that services meet resilience, availability, and continuity expectations prior to go-live
  • Identify and address gaps that could lead to operational issues
  • Support the development of service health and performance reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the organisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
