Senior Pest Technician - Ecolab Pest Elimination

Ecolab is seeking a Senior Pest Technician to join its industry-leading Pest Elimination team.
In this position, you will provide timely and cost-effective pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers. You’ll offer brand protection to your 24/7 customers, including:
- Restaurants
- Hotels
- Hospitals & nursing homes
- Schools
- Retail stores
- Food and beverage processing plants

What You Will Do
You will support the District Manager and perform a range of hands-on and managerial responsibilities, including:
Leadership & Team Development
- Assist with day-to-day management tasks
- Lead, coach, and support team members
- Onboarding and training of new recruits
- Conduct Quality audits and Field Accompaniment Reviews for team members
- Present at Service Excellence team meetings

Customer & Problem-Solving Work
- Build effective working relationships with a diverse set of commercial customers
- Collaborate with customers on best practices to identify and resolve pest issues
- Stay updated on Ecolab’s product/service offerings and industry trends to enhance solutions
- Use Apple technology (including apps) to manage services and document hygiene, sanitation, and pest concerns
Technical & Operational Duties
- Deliver high-quality inspections and treatments to exceed customer expectations
- Provide customers with written reports of services and guidelines for maintaining pest-free conditions
- Apply pesticides in accordance with label directives and relevant legislation
- Plan and optimise work routes for efficiency and achieve 100% service coverage
- Submit accurate reports and related paperwork within required timeframes
Position Requirements
- RSPH Level 2 qualification required
- Availability for out-of-hours duties as needed
- Comfortable working in challenging commercial environments
- Company van or travel allowance provided for fieldwork
