What You Will Do
1. Team Leadership & Development
- Collaborate closely with the District Manager on operations and workflows
- Lead and coach pest control technicians on best practices
- Onboard & train new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the team

2. Customer & Service Excellence
- Build trusted partnerships with diverse clients to identify and solve pest challenges
- Host Service Excellence meetings to drive process improvements
- Maintain 100% service level compliance with efficient route planning
- Conduct quality audits and team field reviews to ensure consistency
3. Technical Delivery
- Deliver premium pest control solutions, meticulously documenting sanitation, structural, and pest observations via Apple technology platforms
- Provide evidence of service in written reports, alongside pest-free maintenance advice
- Apply pesticides correctly (per label instructions) and comply with all legal regulations
- Submit detailed reports and related documentation promptly
4. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on Ecolab product/service innovations to elevate pest solutions
- Align service offerings with industry trends and customer needs
Requirements
- RSPH Level 2 qualification (required)
- Ability to meet emergency after-hours call-out demands for route customers
- Resume-building challenge: Experience in fast-paced, diverse commercial environments (e.g., food processors, hospitals, retail)
- Company Siriuslink provided: Van or pre-paid travel benefit included

Core Compensation & Development
- Base pay: Up to £30,000 (progression dependent on experience)
- London Weighting: +£1,750 application fee exemption/year if based within the M25 zone
- Investment in training: CPD, professional qualifications, and career progression support
- Annual leave: 25 days + 8 public holidays
