Ecolab is seeking a Senior Pest Technician to join its industry-leading Pest Elimination team.
In this position, you will provide timely and cost-effective pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers. You’ll protect brand integrity while serving around-the-clock clients, including:
- Restaurants
- Hotels
- Hospitals
- Nursing homes
- Schools
- Retail stores
- Food and beverage processing plants

What You Will Do
Leadership & Team Management
- Assist the District Manager with day-to-day tasks
- Lead, coach, and support team members
- Onboard and train new employees
Quality & Service Excellence
- Complete Quality audits and field accompaniment reviews
- Present insights at Service Excellence team meetings
- Maintain 100% service compliance with customers

Customer & Preventive Solutions
- Cultivate strong working relationships with diverse clients
- Collaborate with customers on best practices for pest prevention/elimination
- Stay updated on Ecolab’s pest prevention solutions and industry trends
Service Execution
- Use Apple technology to document pest/sanitation issues efficiently
- Deliver premium inspection and treatment services exceeding expectations
- Provide customers with written service evidence and advice for pest-proofing
- Apply pesticides compliant with regulations
Operational Efficiency
- Plan work routes for maximum productivity
- Ensure accurate reporting and paperwork completion
Position Details
- RSPH Level 2 qualification required
- On-call availability as needed by business demands
- Operates in challenging commercial environments
- Company van or prepaid travel card provided
Compensation & Benefits
Salary & Allowances
- Up to £30,000, dependent on experience
- London Weighting Allowance: £1,750 (if within M25 area)
