Senior ServiceNow Developer
I'm currently partnering with a rapidly expanding UK-based organisation that has built a strong reputation for customer excellence, innovation, and digital transformation. With a diverse customer base spanning enterprise and public sector organisations, the business continues to invest significantly in its technology platforms to support growth, automation, and operational efficiency.
As part of this journey, they are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of a highly customised ServiceNow environment that supports critical business operations.
The Opportunity
This role will suit an experienced ServiceNow professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering scalable platform solutions. You'll work across multiple modules, helping to shape the future direction of the platform while providing technical leadership and hands-on development expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Customise and configure applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.
- Support platform stability, security, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Proven expertise across Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) – these are key requirements for the role.
- Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and ITSM.
- Strong scripting and development skills including JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, XML, and AngularJS.
- Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
