Senior ServiceNow Developer - ITSM module (Remote, Outside IR35)
Job Opportunity: Senior ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a global Service transformation programme for an initial 6-month period (Outside IR35), and where you will play a key role within the team.
Role Description
The role is a highly technical, hands-on development position (not functional), supporting multiple streams of the programme, with an ITSM focus, including:
- Global ServiceNow rollouts
- Employee Center Portal enhancements
- ITSM process optimisation and enhancement (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)

Contract Details
- Contract: Initial 6 months
- Location: Primarily remote
- Time Zone: UK / European working hours
- Travel: Occasional travel and flexibility during global rollout activities
- IR35: Expected to be Outside IR35
Required Experience
- 8+ years ServiceNow development experience.
- ITSM module specialism
- Ideally experience in Global Implementations / rollouts.
- Strong hands-on development capability across:
- Service Catalog
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- JavaScript scripting
- REST APIs and integrations
- Employee Center Portal
- ITSM
- Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change Management, Request Management.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or CIS-ITSM.
- Strong technical problem solver & hands-on.
- Experience working within global transformation environments.
- Self-sufficient and capable of operating in a largely remote team.
