This is more than a platform sales role. You'll partner with senior executives, shape large-scale business transformation programmes, and position end-to-end consulting, engineering, and managed service solutions that deliver measurable outcomes across IT, HR, Customer Operations, Security, and beyond.
If you're motivated by building executive relationships, creating winning strategies, and closing multi-million-pound opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the full sales lifecycle for complex, strategic ServiceNow opportunities from initial engagement through to contract close.
- Developing and executing account plans that drive revenue growth and expand our footprint across key enterprise customers.
- Building compelling, outcome-focused propositions that combine ServiceNow capabilities with consulting, engineering, and delivery expertise.
- Engaging C-suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor, helping shape digital transformation roadmaps and investment strategies.
- Driving large-scale transformation opportunities across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and industry-specific workflow solutions.
- Collaborating with consulting leaders, solution architects, alliance partners, and delivery teams to create differentiated solutions and winning bids.
- Identifying opportunities to expand customer value through broader cloud, application, and technology services.
- Representing the organisation at executive events, client forums, and industry engagements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
